Ban Wang
Ban Wang is an American academic and an author. He is the William Haas Endowed Chair in Chinese studies as well as a professor in Chinese and comparative literature at Stanford University.Wang is most known for his works on comparative literature and Chinese studies. Among his authored works are his publications in academic journals, including ''Journal of Modern Chinese Literature'' as well as books such as ''The Sublime Figure of History: Aesthetics and Politics in Twentieth-Century'' and ''China in the World: Culture, Politics, and World Vision''.
