To the Honourable the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met The memorial of the subscribers, respectfully sheweth, that they are desirous, from motives both of public and private interest, to promote the establishment of a company for erecting a permanent bridge over the River Schuylkill, at or near the city of Philadelphia.
