Worcester, January 4th, 1793. (Circular.) Sir, The General Court, in June last, by an order for the purpose, appointed a committee to prepare plans of a building, or buildings, with suitable accommodations for the meetings of the supreme executive, and legislature, and for the offices of the secretary and treasurer of this commonwealth, which building, or buildings, were to be placed or erected on land in Boston, or elsewhere.
