Summary: | This was a civil action commenced before a Justice of the Peace upon a bond to pay Allison and Daniels [dollars] 125 for the hire of a slave boy called Sam. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiff as trustee for John R Daniels. The defendant appealed to the Superior Court.
