Proclamation Whereas it has been represented to His Excellency Sir William Howe, K.B. general and commander in chief, &c. that all the wood, in the neck of land southward of the city of Philadelphia, and between the Delaware and Schuylkill, will be necessary for the use of His Majesty's troops.
