Proceedings of the convention, began and held at Worcester, in and for the county of Worcester, on the 3d day of August, 1779 For the purpose of carrying into effect the several interesting and important measures, first recommended by Congress to the inhabitants of the United states, and since, to the inhabitants of this state by a convention of their delegates at Concord on the 14th ult.
