To the Senate and House of Representatives, of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania The memorial of the managers of the Pennsylvania Hospital, respectfully sheweth, that, in the beginning of the year 1751, a plan was presented to the Assembly, for a public hospital, for the benevolent purpose of receiving and accommodating the lunatics and sick poor of Pennsylvania.
