To the Honorable the president and Senate, and the Honorable the speaker, and House of Representatives, of the state of South-Carolina the petition of Thomas Tuder Tucker, respectfully sheweth-- that in the month of April, 1791, in conformity to a concurrent resolution of both house of the legislature, indents were issued.
