Report of the committee of Lodge No. 31 Brethren, We your corresponding committee report, that the Grand Lodge of South-Carolina, composed of all the Modern Lodges and a few Ancient Yorks in the city, which Ancient Yorks, in our opinion, have violated the solemn obligations and allegiance, by which they were bound to support the true ancient craft.
