Argument in opposition to the contest of Robert M. La Follette, Issac Stephenson, W.D. Connor and J.H. Stout, and their alternates for seats in the National Republican Convention to be held at Chicago, June 21, 1904, in place of John C. Spooner, Joseph V. Quarles, Joseph W. Babcock and Emil Baensch and their alternates, the duly elected and accredited delegates at large to said convention from the state of Wisconsin.
