Louisiana, Supreme Court, New Orleans : Succesion of Taylor v Thorp et al, May 1873.

An attempt to execute the will of Milton Taylor and anull a previous judgement that allowed his three heirs to be put in the position of the succession. The plaintiff alledged that the heirs should not inherit anything because they are the illegitimate children of the testator and a slave woman.
