The plaintiffs were tobacco inspectors and sued the defendants for an unpaid debt of [dollars] 3,337.20. The judgement of the Commerical Court of New Orleans, to suspend the plaintiff's claim, was affirmed. A set off amount was pending in a separate District Court case.
